The 2027 SAP Challenge
There is a significant challenge that all existing user of SAP face. That challenge gets bigger the longer you’ve been using SAP and the larger and more complex your SAP estate. That challenge is to migrate from traditional SAP HCM and Payroll solutions to cloud based SuccessFactors and EC Payroll by 2027.

How do we do this?
We adopt a fundamentally different approach and methodology. We take the view that your existing system is a good specification for how you want things to work. We use that as the basis of your SF and EC-P design. Using our decades of experience we then focus on the areas we either know need to change in SF and EC-P or those we believe there is huge benefit in changing. This approach cuts design time in half and fundamentally accelerates the rest of the project.
We technically migrate your existing Payroll and HCM configuration to SF and EC-P. We use BrowlineMigrate to do this. BrowlineMigrate is the only tool of it’s type that can migrate configuration and data from HCM and Payroll on-premise to SF and EC-P cloud.
