If you are using SAP HCM then it’s highly likely that you will be considering an upgrade to SAP SuccessFactors or SAP EC-Payroll - in fact, it’s mandatory to do this before SAP’s 2027 deadline. You may be doing this as a standalone HR migration project or as part of a broader upgrade to SAP S/4 or Rise with SAP.
