Your role
As a HR and Payroll consultant at Browline, you will assist some of the world’s most prestigious companies to maximize productivity for their teams worldwide.
Key responsibilities will be as follow:
- Manage and process end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate the payroll projects and process payroll for our clients.
- Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, including tax and National Insurance contributions, pensions and statutory reductions.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee details, hours worked, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Update information for new employees, existing employees, and any changes to existing employee records.
- Reconcile payroll reports, ensuring all payments are correct and resolve any discrepancies.
- Address employee inquiries about payroll matters promptly and clearly.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll is processed in alignment with company policies and budget.
- Understand year-end payroll processes.
- Stay informed about updates to payroll legislation and HR guidelines.
